Tom Cotton Introduces Bill to Strip States of Federal Cash 

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), has introduced a bill entitled, "No Bailout For Illegal Aliens Act" Monday which would make states sending money to illegal aliens ineligible for federal funds.  Cotton stated if the legislation passes, then it would amend the "American Rescue Plan Act" in order to withhold funding authorized from the American Rescue Plan Act from any state or unit of local government that provide relief funds or monetary payments through a program exclusively targeting "illegal immigrants."  

Senator Cotton needs to go further than just introduce the bill through Congress.  He needs to fight to make sure that bill passes and that any and all money states pay to illegal immigrants be stopped or else the states receive no funding from the "American Rescue Plan Act."  The American citizens should take first priority over illegal immigrants when it comes to jobs or cash payments.  As true as it may be that there were many illegal immigrants that lost jobs during the pandemic, those jobs belong to the Americans, as Cotton rightfully pointed out.  Giving cash payments to illegals is nonsense.  Click on the above link to continue reading the story.
