Pelosi: Court Gave Us Victory on Same-Sex Marriage We Couldn't Get Legislatively

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stated that the Democrats plan to make same-sex marriage the law of the land wouldn't have happened if it weren't for the Supreme Court.  She said it couldn't have been accomplished legislatively.  She's exactly right.  That's why politicians of her caliber rely on the courts.  The only way their socialist, immoral agenda is passed is through the federal court system.  She needs to be voted out of office.  She's sleazy and a disgrace to this country.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Establishment Denounces Trump's Foreign Policy Speech

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump sent shockwaves throughout the political establishment concerning his platform on the American foreign policy speech.  He stated that America was going to have a coherent policy based upon America's interests and the shared interests of our allies.  He stated that the world must know that we don't go abroad in search of enemies.  He said that we'll always be happy when our enemies become friends and old friends become allies.  He said he wanted to bring peace to the world.  Trump was castigating President Obama and his rival Hillary Clinton for their foreign policy during the president's administration.  "Our foreign policy is a complete and total disaster.  No. vision.  No purpose. No direction. No strategy," he stated.  "We've made the Middle East more unstable and chaotic than ever before." He criticized Obama and Hillary over the state of Libya in North Africa.  He stated that our intervention allowed for the Islamic State to gain a foothold in that country.   He's definitely right about that.  President Obama doesn't even want to identify who our enemy is, and that's Islamic jihadists.  Our troops have been in Iraq the second time since 2014 and we've been in Afghanistan since 2001.  There's no signs of victory in sight in Afghanistan.

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, a leading neocon, was very critical of Trump's speech.  He stated that Ronald Reagan must be turning over in his grave right now.  He said the speech was unnerving and pathetic in its content.  To read the comments of some of the other establishment members, click on the above llink from Infowars.com.

Poll: Trump Reaches 50 Percent Nationally For the First Time

Poll: Trump Reaches 50 Percent Nationally For the First Time

Poll: Trump Reaches 50 Percent Support Nationally for the First Time

Donald Trump has reached 50 percent support from Republicans and Republican-leaners for the first time nationally since the NBC News/Survey Monkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll in late December.  This will be important within the next few weeks as the primary contest wraps up.  If Trump has a chance to win the election, he will need more support from Republican voters.  There has been some on conservatives who said, "Never Trump."  So Trump has to capitalize on Republican voters.  This at least gives him a better chance of being competitive in the November election against Hillary Clinton.  During the primary season, he has struggled to win over traditional Republicans thus far.  However, I believe John Kasich and Ted Cruz colluding to prevent Donald Trump from winning the delegates in the states he won might backfire on him.  Plus we had two states--Colorado and Wyoming, that awarded the delegates to Ted Cruz without the voters voting.

Limbaugh: Obliterating Morality Has Been What the Culture War is All About

Limbaugh: Obliterating Morality Has Been What the Culture War is All About

Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was speaking about the culture war in his radio program and he was mentioning how for millennia there have been standards set regarding marriage, certain moral codes of conduct, and even separate restrooms for both men and women.  Rush Limbaugh was mentioning about how it's an us vs. them mentality.  In other words, it's the oppressed minorities, such as the LGBT community, vs. the oppressive majority.  He said none of this whole discussion is rational.  He said it's irrational.  He said that the liberal conquest to obliterate morality is what's the culture war is all about.  He is right.

We're in a spiritual battle in our country.  We have globalist forces that are destroying our country from within and it's on different fronts.  There are forces that are destroying America economically, morally, spiritually, and socially, etc.  The transgender movement is one means to destroy the moral fiber of this country.  These forces want to obliterate anything that God has established.  It's a war against God.  They want to remove every vestige of Christianity and belittle anything that God has set as a standard in the Bible.  We're dealing with anti-God forces in our country.

Tricky Ted and the American Worker

Tricky Ted and the American Worker

The Daily Caller wrote another interesting article about the real Ted Cruz.  I presented an article about Heidi Nelson Cruz, Ted Cruz's wife, not too long ago.  The article was also from the Daily Caller.  It pointed out that the Cruz's aren't what they appear to be.  Ted Cruz likes to fashion himself as a principled, small-government conservative who is very much non-establishment.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  He is an establishment Republican.  He worked in the George W. Bush administration several years ago.  He even worked on Bush's presidential campaign in 1999-2000.  He's received political donations from Goldman Sachs during his Senate campaign in 2012 and evne for president this year.  Cruz's wife works for Goldman Sachs and even chaired a committee on the Council of Foreign Relations calling for a North American Union.  She advocated erasing America's borders between Canada and Mexico.  Last year in June 2015 he supported the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement, which definitely is not good for the American manufacturing sector.  The TPP was added to HR2146 in April 2015 by the Senate.  HR2146 was originally a bill to deal with law enforcement and firefighter retirement funds.  Ted Cruz and then House, Ways, and Means Committee Chairman Paul Ryan added the TPP to HR2146 in April 2015.  They introduced it as the savior of American labor and commerce.

Trump: Transgender People Can Use Whatever Bathroom They Want

Trump: Transgender People Can Use Whatever Bathroom They Want

Image result for trump transgender people can use whatever bathroom they want

GOP candidate criticized the North Carolina law which stated that a person must use the restroom based on their gender identity from their birth certificate.  Trump stated that transgender people should be allowed to use whatever bathroom they so desire.  He even said that he would allow Caitlynn Jenner to use whatever bathroom "she" desires in the Trump Tower.

Donald Trump is flat-out wrong on this issue.  I don't trust Trump.  He's trying to be politically correct.  How can a person be so void of understanding on an "issue" like this.  This should not be an issue.  Common sense should tell you if you're a male in bodily form, you use the men's restroom.  There's no debate in it.  It just shows how mentally warped this society is.  Our politicians will go along with this as well.  This is beyond senseless.  We don't need people like that as president who will go along with the transgender agenda.  Click on the above link from Politico.com to read the full story.

Virginia Governor Enables 200,000 Felons to Vote in November

Virginia Govenor Enables 200,000 Felons to Vote in November

More than 200,000 convicted felons will be allowed to cast votes this coming November's election in the swing state of Virginia in a sweeping executive order by Governor Terry McAuliffe.  The Democrat stated that restoring the rights of felons to votes will undo the state's long history of preventing African Americans from fully participating in our democracy.  Republicans referred to the move as political to enable his friend, Hillary Clinton to win the state in November.  McAuliffe was the National Democratic Party Chairman 12 years ago.

McAuliffe's statement in justifying his order to allow to undo the state's history from preventing African Americans to vote is asinine.  We're dealing with convicted felons.  He's playing the race card.  This is not about race.  He's trying to do everything possible to make sure the deck's stacked in Hillary Clinton's favor.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Bibliology: Who Wrote the Bible?

Now we're beginning our study of Bible doctrines in the first section of Bible Doctrines For Today.  Today we're beginning with the first chapter on Bibliology.  What is Bibliology?  It's the study of the Bible.  We'll be discussing the doctrine of inspiration  We'll be studying how the Bible was written and canonized as well as other topics related to Bibliology.

The first topic we'll be dealing with is plenary verbal inspiration.  First, what is the definition of "inspiration"  Inspiration means God-breathed.  "All scripture is given by inspiration of God."  II Timothy 3:16.  It's translated  from a compound Greek word which means "God-breathed."  The Bible is God breathed.  God was the one who inspired it but he used various men of both the Old and New Testament to pen down the book.  His words were breathed out over a period of 1500 years to 40 specially chosen men to pen down God's words.  God did it carefully.  God is a God of order and he does things perfectly.  He didn't use just any man to pen down His carefully chosen words.  God was meticulous on the words he desired to be used when the words were penned down both in Greek and Hebrew.  We've had people that claimed to be Bible scholars in some of these more liberal universities who employed the method of "higher criticism" to critique the Bible who posed the questions how could one know exactly how the men who penned down the word couldn't have made a mistake or how did God inspire the men of old to write the Bible.  One thing a Christian needs to understand is there are ways that God does things that we can't explain.  But God does it and does it perfectly.  He knew the men that would used to pen down the Word would use the write words and record every jot and title God wanted used.

First of all, God is the author of the Bible.  The Words of the Bible are God-breathed.  He used men in both the Old and New Testaments to pen down the Word of God--every jot and tittle.  Allow me to quickly tell what inspiration is not.  Inspiration is not an athlete, for example, who feels compelled to play above his normal level when competing.  It's also not the ability of Handel to completely write out the score in less than one month's time.  As phenomenal as that was, that's not Biblical inspiration.

Let's take a look at verbal inspiration.  That's God-breathed.  The words of the Bible are God-breathed.  The word verbal means "by means of words," or "word for word."  It means the very words of the Bible when breathed out by God.  The scriptures make plain that God gave the exact words of scripture.  "The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His Word was in my tongue."  In II Timothy 3:16 the word translated scripture means the actual writings of God's Word.  God dictated to the human writers the actual words that appeared on those manuscripts.  God reveals that not only the spelling of the words but the difference between the singular and plural form of a word is God-breathed.

Next time I will conclude the thought that I started on this post.

Kerry Signs "Landmark" Paris Climate Change Agreement on Earth Day

Kerry Signs Landmark Paris Climate Change Agreement on Earth Day

Secretary of State John Kerry signing climate change agreement holding his two-year old granddaughter in his lap at the United Nations Headquarters,

Secretary of State John Kerry (holding his granddaughter Isabelle in his lap) signed a "landmark" Paris Agreement on Climate Change at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City.  He called it the "strongest most ambitious climate pact ever negotiated.  The non-binding agreement was approved by 196b nations last December at the U.N. Conference of the Parties (COP-21) in Paris.  The countries pledged to drastically reduce their carbon emissions as soon as possible in order to hold "the increase in global average temperature to well below 2 degrees C pre-industrial levels.

When it comes to the issue of the environment, I'm a middle-of-the roader like some politicians claim to be.  I don't believe in environmental extremes.  I don't believe in polluting the earth nor do I wish we're to worship the world.  I believe in conservationism.  I believe it's proper to beautify our landscapes and to take care of our land but we don't exalt the environment above what God intends for it to be.  You don't kill the economy to "save the environment."  There are reasonable sensible ways to take care of the environment.  Even though I don't have a problem to set aside a day for conservation, our politicians use alarm tactics concerning climate change to make people think that they need to do something to save the earth.  It's all about government controlling every aspect of our lives.  The environment is one way they try to do it.

Hoyer Okay With Biological Men Using Women's Restrooms

Hoyer Okay With Biologial Men using Women's Restrooms

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-MD)

House Minority Leader Steny Hoyer stated that people ought to be able to use the restrooms according to the gender they identify with.  That sounds fine at the outset but when he says "gender you identify with" doesn't necessarily mean a person of a certain gender biologically.  It could be a male who thinks he's a woman and desires the privilege to use women's restrooms.  That's perverted.  Our politicians are disgusting themselves to go along with the transgender crowd.  This issue is a no-brainer and it's not a debatable issue.  If you're a male biologically you use the men's restroom and if you're a woman biologically you use the women's restrooms.  It works no other way.  Click on the above link to read the full story.
