Trump Fires Acting Attorney General Sally Yates

Trump Fires Acting Attorney General Sally Yates

President Trump fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates on Monday evening for refusing to enforce the executing order which temporarily halts refugee immigration from the seven most dangerous terrorist countries such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, and Somalia, to name a few.  Yates was an Obama appointee who was soft on illegal immigration and weak on our borders.  Trump referred to her defiance as a betrayal.  Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Yates was a "profile in courage" and referred to Trump's firing as a "Monday night massacre."  Trump named Dane Boente to be the acting attorney general until the U.S. Senate confirms Jeff Sessions as Attorney General.  Trump's action are right and very reasonable.  It's part of defending the Constitution and protecting this country.  I believe anything less would be treasonous.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Trump Faces New Federal Lawsuit Over the Immigration Executive Order

Trump Faces New Federal Lawsuits Over Executive Order

Image result for trump faces federal lawsuits

President Trump faces a new wave of federal lawsuits with at least 16 state attorney generals disagreeing with Trump's executive order on a temporary immigration ban from the seven terrorist countries that have an established terrorist network.  Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson, a Democrat, was strongly opposed to Trump's temporary ban for 120 days.  This executive order grants the president the authority under law to suspend immigration whenever he sees it as a national security issue.  Trump's order is a national security issue.  With all the police shootings and terrorist acts that have been committed in some of the major cities in the country, there needs to be an even harsher ban than the one Trump has issued.  But it's a good start on Trump's part and I'm thankful that he's bold enough to do that for the sake of our country concerning national security.  Trump told the Christian Broadcasting Company that he would give persecuted hristians from Syria like the previous administration was sympathetic to the Muslim refugees.

Schumer Weeps & Says Executive Order Mean-Spirited and Un-American

Schumer Weeps

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) with some Muslims

We need to give Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) a tissue.  He was flanked by new Muslim refugees on Sunday and he was weeping.  He stated that Donald Trump's executive order to ban certain Muslim refugees from seven terrorist countries such as Iraq, Syria, Iran, Somalia, etc. was mean-spirited and un-American.  Schumer was making the comparison of the newly arrived refugees to those who immigrated to those country over a century ago and came to Ellis Island in New York.

Schumer stated that his middle name was Ellis which refers to his Uncle Ellis named after Ellis Island.  He stated that his daughter's name was Emma referring to the poet Emma Lazarus who wrote the famous lines found on the Statute of Liberty.  Trump rightly called out Schumer on this and stated that it was fake tears.  Right on.  Trump asked where were the Democrats' tears when millions of jobs left this country over 20+ years ago because of NAFTA.  Good point.

Chuck Schumer's analysis was absolutely ridiculous.  Is it fair to the families who lost loved ones due to shootings and terrorist plots by Jihadists to have to endure Muslim refugees being brought to this country?  How many of those Muslim refugees are members of ISIS?  Good question.

Trump: I'll Absolutely Do Safe Zones in Syria

Trump: I'll Absolutely Do Safe Zones in Syria

President Trump stated a few days ago that he would sign an executive order that would ban Muslims coming in from other countries which give the United States problems, such as Syria.  Trump also said he would so safe zones in Syria.  Trump told ABC's David Muir that this wasn't a Muslim ban.  This is to ban Muslim extremists from other countries to come into the United States that would do the U.S. great harm.  That's a wise move by Trump.

Mexican President Cancels Planned D.C. Trip

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto cancelled a planned Tuesday meeting with Donald Trump which signals a possible souring of relations between the U.S. and Mexico.  Donald Trump tweeted that there's no point in having the meeting if Mexico doesn't help pay for the border wall along the U.S. Mexico border.  Therefore, Nieto cancelled the meeting.  Click on CNSNews.com to read the story.

Trump's America First Policy is Conservative Policy

Trump's America First Policy is Conservative Policy

President Trump

This article is a must read.  This is about Trump's vision for America when it comes to foreign policy.  This flies in the face of neoconservatives who believe the United States should intervene in foreign affairs around the world.  The last thing the U.S. needs is to involve itself in another war right now.  We need to stop playing around with the Middle East.  You can't force democracy on countries who have no desire for democracy.  It's stupid.  We're trillions in debt partially as a result for our intervention in foreign countries around the world.  Click on the above link to read the article.

List of Trump's Executive Orders

Since Donald Trump began his presidency last Friday, he's been issuing out executive orders to reverse course on various issues revolving around easing restrictions on the regulatory rules of  Obamacare,  and the reinstatement of the "Mexico City Policy" which bans federal money given to countries that perform abortions.

Other executive orders are reviving the Keystone XL Pipeline and the Dakota pipeline concerning America's energy policy.  He also withdrew the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which former President Obama signed and the 114th Congress supported.

Women's March in Washington

Women's March on Washington

 Women's March in Washington D.C. January 22, 2017

On Sunday January 22, 2017, following the inauguration of Donald J. Trump, scores of "sick" perverted women in my mind (many of them) were demonstrating in a crowd.  It was a protest against Donald Trump's winning the presidency.  It was horrible.  Pro-life women groups weren't allowed to be a part of this "women's group" in Washington D.C.  Entertainers were there such as Ashley Judd, Scarlett Johnassen, and Michael Moore.  Gloria Steinham, a feminist were there.  Women shouted obscenities and there were a lot of vulgarities that I won't mention on this post.  You can click on the above link to read about the event.

These women who were at the march aren't representative of the average woman in America.  These women favor abortion and they aren't representative of the kind of women who work a job every day and try to raise a family.  It's tragic.

Trump Pursues New Vision For America

Trump Persues New Vision For America

Image result for trumps swearing in        President Trump's swearing-in ceremony

The Inaugural Ceremony (YouTube)

President Trump in his inaugural speech took a drastically different term in which Fox News' Charles Krauthammer stated was a populist message.  Trump said that he was going in a new direction with America and stated that he won't forget the "forgotten" man and that he will never let the American people down.  He stated that he would renegotiate past trade deals which have sent millions of American manufacturing jobs overseas.  He said he would bring jobs back to America.  He said we would hire American and buy American if I'm correct.  He said that we must eradicate ISIS and Islamic terrorism around the world.

Trump gave a great speech.  It was very patriotic, pro-American.  It was a speech which I personally characterize as God, Country, and the Constitution speech.  It was not a "liberal-conservative" type of speech.  He invoked scripture in his inaugural address.  It was a speech talking about how we can make America Great again.   I pray that he's as sincere as he's sounded in his speech.

The Free Market Needs to Reign Supreme When it Comes to Healthcare

One of the supposed priorities from the Rrpublican Congress and president-elect Donald Trump this year is to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act this year. Whether that is carried through is another story. if they are serious about it, they are in for a tough battle. Trump claims he is for health coverage for all or universal coverage for all. I disagree with Trump on that point.

The best thing  Congress can do is to repeal the regulations that limit the public from purchasing insurance at low affordable rates.  allow the free market to reign in the health insurance business. they should allow the public, especially young people, to purchase catastrophic insurance at affordable rates.    Another thing that can be done is to allow people to purchase health insurance across state lines. Also tort reform needs to be issued which would not allow for easy lawsuits. Also our healthcare system should not allow for illegal aliens to receive free healthcare. that is a drain on our system.

If the federal government would keep their hands off the health insurance businesss and allow the free market to reign in the healthcare industry with no insurance companies having any kind of monopoly, then insurance rares would be competitive and more people could afford healthcare.

National African American Day

Todatt the civil rights community and those in academia are celebrating Martin Luther King Day. I use those day to honor a black person who deserves to be honored, hence National Africann American Day.  We have been hearing in the news where at least a dozen or two Congressional Democrats were going to skip Friday"s inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump. Rep. john Lewis (D-GA) a longtime civil rights leader and now a Congressman stated he would not be attending Trumps inauguration because he did not believe Trump was elected legitimately. he believes it is due to Russian hacking of the Democratic party and that gave Trump an unfair advantage. The Democrars lost the November election because of Hillarys trail of corruption she left behind. The revelation of Hillarys emails by WikiLeaks Julian Assange led to her defeat, according to my opinion.

Many of todays civil rights leaders such as Al Sharpton hail King as a great civil rights icon. However, King was poles apart from such civil rights movements as Black Lives Matter. Black Lives Matter has supported violence against law enforcement and supports rioting in the streets of our major citiws. King suppoted protesting without causing violence. The civil rights movement over 40 years ago promoted no violence.  I think it was referred to as passive resistance. The violence we are seeing today is rebellion against authority.  There is no comparison between todays so-called civil rights movement and the movement during Martin Kuyher Kings time.

Assange Blasts 'Embarrassing' U.S. Intel Reports: Insists Russia Not His Source.

Assange

Image result for assange blasts embarrassing
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange fired back at the intelligence community and stated that the information on his website was declassified and that the source of the information was not from any state government or parties and definitely wasn't from Russia.  He stated that was ludicrous.  He said it didn't have the structure of an intelligence report or the structure of a presidential briefing.  He said it was quite embarrassing and clearly designed for political effect.

The truth is, President Obama and his minions are using the Russian hacking as a way to explain Hillary's defeat in the November election.  Therefore, Obama is pinning the election defeat on Russian hacking.  Click on FoxNews.com to read the remainder of the story.

Cheney Emerging as Political Influence in Trump's Cabinet

Cheney Emergency as Political Force in Trump's Cabinet

Image: Politico: Dick Cheney Emerging as Key Trump Adviser

Friday evening I was listening to this first hour of Coast to Coast and I was listening to one of the interviewees that George Nory interviewed and I heard that former vice-president Dick Cheney was a strong political influence in Trump's upcoming administration.  So I checked the links today and I found out that's the case.  Dick Cheney is playing an important role in influencing the President-elect in his decisions concerning the new administration, esp. when it comes to Trump's choice of Rex Tillerson, the CEO of Exxon Mobil, as Secretary to State.  Cheney has known Tillerson for a number of years, considering the fact that Cheney was CEO of Halliburton for five years.  I've not been impressed with how he influenced the younger Bush concerning the Iraq War which began in 2003.  The Iraq War has been a disaster and it still is in that region with the emergence of ISIS in the last few years.  However, I'm concerned about some of the choices that Trump has made concerning his cabinet picks.  Of course, the neocons will do everything they can to influence Trump to continue the current foreign policy agenda in the Middle East and even in Russsia.  Click on the above link to read the latest story.

WikiLeaks Assange: Media Dishonest & Colluded With Hillary Clinton

WikiLeaks Assange: Media Dishonest

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange told Sean Hannity on the "Hannity" show on Fox News last night the news media is very dishonest and they colluded with Hillary Clinton last year during the 2016 presidential election.  He stopped short of calling the news media corrupt.  Click on the above link to read the dialogue between Hannity & Assange.

Happy New Year!

Image result for happy new year          Image result for happy new year

Happy New Year to everybody.  2017 has just arrived on the scene.  2016 was another unusual year beginning with Donald Trump's victory to the White House.  Who would've thought that Trump would've had a chance to win the election.  He's never held elective office.  He was considered as a political outsider.  However, he's had his political connections over the years.  He's donated to candidates in both political parties for several years.  Many of us thought Jeb Bush would win the GOP nomination and face Hillary Clinton in the general election in the Fall.  I'm thankful neither Jeb Bush nor Hillary Clinton won the election.

There were many other stories that took place such as police shootings all across the nation and terrorist activity.  We've had incidents with the LGBT movement trying to force our country to allow transgenders use whichever restroom they choose to use.  This mostly revolves around males who consider themselves females and desire to use the women's restroom.  It's perverted.

I'm very thankful Donald Trump will be taking the oath of office on January 20, which is just a few weeks away.   I've sensed much optimism surrounding our country as a result of the election results last fall.  I can understand the optimism, given some of the things Trump promised during the campaign last Fall.  However, I would greatly caution people, especially those voters who think themselves to be conservative in their thinking, to be very cautious in their optimism towards the President-elect.  Trump has made numerous promises concerning the economy, illegal immigration, and terrorism, for example.  But Trump is a politician.  If Trump is sincere, like I hope he is, he will have a huge battle on his hands with the globalist forces.  The globalists are the ones that control the money and the events that shape our world.   Globalists like Henry Kissinger, James Baker, and David Rockefeller aren't going to disappear because Trump supposedly isn't a globalist.  The globalists control the presidency and Trump will have a battle on his hands if he's sincere about the promises he made about making America great again.  The direction that America has been headed the last several decades is the direction the globalists desire it to go.  It's no accident.  We need to pray for Trump and pray that his motto will be God, Country, and the Constitution.  That's what it's all about.  Our nation was built on Judeo-Christian principles and it doesn't stand a chance if we abandon those principles.

I'm excited about this upcoming year.  I pray it will be the best year ever.
