Christian Songs Need to Minister to the Heart of the Individual

Buck & Dottie Rambo Interview with Pat Robertson 1984

Over the years many fundamentalists and some evangelicals have been critical of contemporary Christian music, which started back in the late 1960's, and rightly so.  However, there's been much in the southern gospel genre that has been far from desirable as well.  On this particular YouTube segment, CBN founder Pat Robertson hosted former singers Buck and Dottie Rambo on the 700 Club on June 8, 1984.  Both singers were once a part of the singing group called, "The Singing Rambos," which included their daughter Reba.  For several years starting around 1964 when Reba became part of the group, they sang in all sorts of gospel concerts in auditoriums around the country.  They know how the gospel concert circuit was like during the 1960's and 70's.  Dottie commented saying much of the music back in that era was "bee bop".  Many songs that were performed by many of these various southern gospel groups was shallow and was lacking spiritual depth.  Buck Rambo identified one of those songs.  The chorus goes, "You got to move, you got to move, you got to move, you got to move, so when the Lord gets ready, you got to move."  A song of that caliber is fine in its place, but that type of song doesn't possess the spiritual content to touch and minister to the heart of a Christian like a song such as "Behold the Lamb," "We Shall Behold Him," or "The Mercy Throne" will do.

Pat Robertson made reference to many of those all-night gospel singings where many of these were as fleshly as they could get.  He identified the Oak Ridge Boys as one group that were fleshly.  He mentioned that before they converted into country music singers, their "gospel" music was as fleshly as it could be.  You wouldn't call it "festivals of praise."  Dottie was mentioning that with the state of the body of Christ at that time (1984), Christians were able and ready to hear the type of songs that ministered to the body of Christ such as the few songs I just mentioned.  The one thing one could say about the late singer Dottie Rambo is that she wrote some great songs that have some meat on it.  There have been numerous "gospel" songs that have been written and recorded over the years that greatly lacked in spiritual content.  I believe many of these gospel singing groups recorded them as "fillers" to finish out their albums.  Many of the great gospel groups sang "filler" songs.  They didn't minister to the believer very well.

I'm thankful for many of the songs that have been written over the eons of time that will stand through the test of time.  Many songs penned by Dottie Rambo, Fanny Crosby, and the Gaithers, to name a few, I believe, will stand the test of time.

Fusion GPS's Ties to Clinton Campaign, Russian Investigation

Fusion GPS's Ties to Clinton Campaign, Russian Investigation

Image result for fusion gps ties to clinton campaign russian investigation

Fusion GPS, the controversial dossier of allegations about President Trump's connections to Russia, was at least in part--hired by a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.  Fusion GPS, was founded by veteran Wall Street  journalists Peter Fritsch and Glenn Simpson.  It's a Washington, D.C. based firm which is a research and premium intelligence institution.  The political firm was behind the dossier of allegations that contained a number of colorful and unverifiable claims about Trump.

If you click on Breitbart.com, you will read where Wall Street billionaire Paul Singer has funded this anti-Trump dossier.  He was the original funder of the Fusion GPS research project that dug up dirt on then candidate Donald Trump.  It was a project that would be later funded by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton's campaign.  Click on the above links to read the story.

Trump Vows to Release All JFK Files After Bending to Intelligence Groups He Mistrusts

Trump Vows to Release All JFK Files

Image result for trump vows to release all jfk filesPresident Donald Trump

President Trump stated Friday that he will release "ALL" the remaining John F. Kennedy Files, after he had been forced by U.S. spy agencies--- of which he had been skeptical--to withhold thousands of still potentially sensitive documents.  Trump stated after meeting with Chief of Staff Kelly, the CIA, and other agencies, he said he will be releasing all the JFK files other than the names and addresses of any mentioned person who is still living.  Trump claims his motive in releasing those files is for full disclosure, transparency, and to put to rest any and all conspiracy theories regarding JFK's assassination.  The National Archives released 2800 once-classified records related to the assassination of JFK.  Behind the scenes of the much-anticipated release, Trump and his White House lawyers were purportedly going back and forth at the last minute with U.S. intelligence officials over their requests for additional redactions.  Just before the documents' release, Trump stated he had no choice but to agree to requests from the CIA and FBI for purposes of national security reasons and it could threaten that.  However, Trump was upset over what he perceived to be overly broad secrecy requests and stated that redactions be kept to a minimum.  Click on the link to read the rest of the story.

Five Times Paul Singer Funded Globalist Nonsense Before the Anti-Trump Dossier

Five Times Paul Singer Funded Globalist Nonsense

Wall Street Billionaire Paul Singer

Paul Singer, the Washington Free Beacon news outlet, appears to be the Republican behind what eventually became Fusion GPS's now infamous dossier on President Donald Trump.  Here are five of the major globalist endeavors by Paul Singer.

1. Amnesty- Singer has been a huge supporter of amnesty for illegals and massive third world immigration He was a key backer of the Republican establishment Senators sponsoring the "Gang of Eight" in 2013 amnesty bill.  He also joined with George Soros and the Ford Foundation to sponsor The National Immigration Forum Open-borders non-profit.

2.  Gay Marriage- He personally intervened to pressure the New York State Legislature to approve the new definition of marriage.

3.  Marco Rubio- It was the influence of billionaire Singer that Marco Rubio stayed in the 2016 presidential race as long as he did.  The two bonded over the 2013 amnesty push.

4.  Paul Ryan- Singer has been very supportive of Paul Ryan.  He has consistently given Ryan the maximum personal donation.

5.  One of the major funders pushing for the nationalization of American education from K-12.

Trump, Congressional Committees Wants New Tax Code at Least as "Progressive as Existing Tax Code"

Trump, Congressional Committees Want New Tax Code at Least as Progressive as Existing One

President Trump and House Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady

President Trump and the House and Senate Committees responsible for drafting new tax legislation have indicated that they want the reformed tax code to be as least as progressive as the existing tax code.  On September 27, President Trump, the House and Ways Means Committee and the Senate Committee on Finance issued a "United Framework For Fixing Our Broken Tax System" This framework laid out the general principles and provisions that the President and the committees desire to see in the tax reform legislation that they would like to see enacted.

The basic elements of this "tax reform" is to eliminate most itemized deductions, thereby doubling the standard deduction, and to reducing the seven tax brackets to either three or four.  The framework leaves open the possibility of a fourth tax bracket, but they desire for it to be progressive enough.

The best, simplest way to solve this tax problem is to eradicate the progressive income tax structure and institute a flat tax on all Americans, regardless of incomes.  Any type of tax code that is nothing but a "shell game" or promotes class warfare is not the kind of tax system that the American people need.  This is just another way to make sure Congress can still squeeze more money out of the American people's pockets.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Jim Marrs: Terror Conspiracy and 9/11

The late Jim Marrs presents some interesting facts about the events revolving around 9/11.  I think this presentation was done in 2007.  Many of the things he has to say about 9/11, I believe, are a lot more accurate than what the news media will tell you about 9/11.  It sheds light on a light of events that transpired that dreadful day.

Image result for jeff flake won't seek reelection in 2018Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ)

Congratulations!  Senator Flake.  Congratulations on your announcement to not seek re-election in 2018.  The country and your state will be better off now that you're not running for re-election.  To tell you the truth, you will face an uphill battle in the GOP primary against Kelli Ward, for example.  You can say all you desire about Trump, but your politics isn't what's best for the American people nor your own state.  You have a border crisis and you won't support building a border wall to stop the inflow of illegals in your state.  Your loyalty isn't to the right people.  I wish you the very best in the future.  Click on the above link to read the story.

Trump's Refugee Ban Ends as Executive Order Toughens Vetting For 11 Countries

Executive Order Toughens Vetting For 11 Countries

Image result for trump's four month refugee ban comes to a close

As President Trump's four-month refugee ban comes to a close, he issues a new executive order which sets 'extreme vetting' procedures targeting those trying to enter the United States from 11 countries.  The tougher vetting includes obtaining biographical data and employment history from people seeking into the United States.  Officers will also be trained how to detect fraud.  In January Trump signed sweeping orders that significantly tightened the country's refugee and visa policies--suspending almost all refugee admissions from a handful of mostly Muslim countries for four months and indefinitely barring entry for some Syrian refugees.  The travel ban has been blocked in the courts in states such as Hawaii and Maryland.  The Supreme Court ruled the 120-day refugee suspension could go into effect in June.  It expired Tuesday.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Trump Plans to Bring "Biggest Tax Cuts Ever" in U.S. History

Trump Plans to Bring Biggest Tax Cuts Ever

Image result for trump plans to bring biggest tax cuts everPresident Trump on His Tax Cut Proposal

President Trump, in an exclusive Fox interview on Sunday, laid out the details on his historic tax plans on 'Sunday Morning Futures' with Maria Bartiromo.  Trump sounded optimistic about his tax cut plan.   He stated he felt the tax cut plan should be passed before the end of this year.  He said he wanted to work on taxes first.  Then to health care.  He also said he wants to work on an infrastructure bill as well.  He felt that he has the votes to pass this tax reform.  We'll find out.  First of all, I don't know what kind of tax cut plan it will be and whether or not the RINO majority will work to pass a tax cut reform, which is badly needed in this country.  It needs to be genuine and it needs to help both the middle and upper classes.  You'll hear Democrats bring up the class warfare argument as always, but the wealthy needs to benefit from it as well.  Just because a person is wealthy doesn't mean half their income should be confiscated in taxes.  It's ridiculous.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Trump to Release JFK Files; Subject to Further Information

Trump to Release JFK Files; Subject to Further Information
Image result for trump to release jfk files

President Trump said on Saturday that he was planning on releasing the files of JFK, subject to receipt of further information.  He planned to allow the opening of the long-secret files of the November 1963 assassination.  The President believes the documents should be made available in the interests of full transparency unless agencies provide a compelling and clear national security or law enforcement justification otherwise, according to a White House official.  Over the years thousands of books, documentaries, articles, TV shows, and movies have been produced revolving around the assassination of JFK, but the public doesn't believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin of JFK.

I don't believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was JFK's lone assassin.  I believe there was much cover-up from Warren Commission who supposedly "investigated" the assassination of JFK.  There's more to JFK's assassination than what's being told to the public.

Steve Bannon on Fire in California

Steve Bannon on Fire in California

Breitbart News Executive Chairman and former political strategist for President Trump gave a fiery keynote address to about 500 people at the opening dinner of the California Republican Party's Fall Convention Friday night.  He gave praise to President Trump and declared war on the GOP establishment.  Bannon said that "Donald Trump has been an existential threat to the system."  Bannon said there are great challenges ahead as we have to take on the corporatists, lobbyists, consultants, and the politicians they control.  Bannon stated he had the great privilege of serving as CEO of Trump's campaign, the chief strategist in the White House, and Trump's wingman outside.

Bannon was speaking of the great importance of former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore's victory over Republican incumbent Luther Strange in the Alabama runoff.  He mentioned how the Christians, populists, and nationalists played a role in that victory.  He stated his vision for a united conservative movement will be executed by a "grassroots army."  Bannon was also very critical of former president George W. Bush.  He stated he couldn't have been more of a destructive president.  Bannon was on target with that statement.  Bush played to his constituents as a "compassionate conservative" but he was nothing but a globalist and a fiscal socialist.  He wasn't concerned about "America first."  Bannon's speech was a great rallying speech trying to inspire the GOP base to vote out incumbent Republicans who won't do the business of the American people.

White House Chief of Staff John Kelly gave an emotional defense to President Trump When Florida Congresswoman Frederica Wilson criticized Trump over his condolence call to the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson.  On Thursday Kelly stated that he was stunned that "It stuns me that a member of Congress would have listened in," "Absolutely stuns me."  He called Wilson's behavior as selfish and said she was an "empty barrel."   I say Wilson was right on target.  Wilson has a mouth she seemingly can't control.  (Those are my words!)   Click on the above link to read the full story.

GOP Congress Presides Over Highest Spending Since Obama Stimulus

GOP Congress Presides Over Highest Spending Since Obama Stimulus

Real federal spending in 2017 was higher than any year in the history of the United States except the fiscal year 2009, when the Obama stimulus bill was passed.  In 2009 when the Obama stimulus bill was passed, the Democrats were in charge of both houses.  This year, the GOP is in charge of both the House and Senate.  The Republicans have been in charge of the House since 2011 and the Republicans have been in charge of the Senate since 2015.  Consequently, deficit spending keeps on rising when the GOP should be keeping it under control.  That goes to show the GOP are RINO's and they're no different than the Democrats when it comes to spending.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Are Democrats Starting to Panic Over the Virginia Governor's Race?

Image result for are the democrats starting to panic over the virginia governor's race

This year there are two governor's races in the U.S.  They both are in the state of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  According to pollsters, the Democratic candidate in each state should win the election this year.  There's not much excitement in either of the gubernatorial races.  New Jersey Chris Christie left New Jersey in a mess.  The Republican candidate in Virginia is Ed Gillespie, who isn't a very formidable candidate himself.  Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam doesn't possess much of a personality.  You would think since Terry McAuliffe has been the Democratic governor of Virginia the past four years, you would think the chances of a Republican capturing the governorship would be stronger this time.  Gov. Terry McAuliffe was the former Democratic National Chairman and a friend of the Clintons.  However, in this article in Townhall.com, some Democrats are somewhat concerned.  I believe partially because this year in our nation's special elections, the Republicans have held the edge.  Consequently, this election doesn't exude much enthusiasm either way.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

George Soros Transfers $18 Billion to Open Society Foundations

Billionaire investor George Soros

Left wing billionaire George Soros has transferred $18 billion to his Open Society Foundations, according to the Wall Street Journal.  The Journal notes that it has vaulted to the top ranks of philanthropic oranizations, which is considered no. 2 behind Bill and Melinda Gates organization.  Soros, a controversial investor, transferred part of his funds to make sure his political activism continues after he retires or passes away.  George Soros is a globalist and founded Moveon.org, which supports Democratic candidates and left-wing causes.  Globally, Soros is involved in making Ireland pro-abortion, he's demonizing the Israeli government, and he's promoting Muslim misgration across open borders.  In recent years, his organization has supported dogmatic, aggressive left-wing groups that are trying to stifle "democracy" and cause chaos in the United States.  Soros has supported Black Lives Matter and Media Matters, a so-called watchdog group trying to eliminate conservative voices from the media.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Tomi Lahren: Hillary Clinton Outraged over Weinstein's Behavior

Tomi Lahren, a Fox News commentator

Tomi Lahren, a Fox News Commentator who claims to be a conservative but supports abortion right, wrote a piece about Hillary Clinton who claims to be "outraged" over Harvey Weinstein's behavior, but she doesn't have a problem tolerating her husband Bill's shenanigans over the years.  Lahren referred to Hillary as a longtime women's rights activist, but she's only for women who fit the liberal/progressive ideology of the Democratic Party.  Hillary Clinton is not a true women's rights activist.  If she was, she would be speaking out against how women are treated in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.  The Clinton Foundation accepts money from Saudi Arabia.  To tell you truthfully, I don't think Hillary Clinton is outraged over Harvey Weinstein's behavior.  As much money the DNC receives from him, she can tolerate his sexual escapades as long as they share the same common thinking politically.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Cheap Labor, Open Borders Swamp Embraces Trump's DHS Pick: 'Experience Being Valued over Outsiders'

The Washington D.C. establishment, which supports a constant inflow of cheap foreign workers to take American blue collar jobs, is in agreement with President Trump's latest pick to the Department of Homeland Security, Kirstjen Nielsen.  She was a former DHS official under former president George W. Bush and being praised by pro-open border allies with the former Bush administration.  She is a supporter of amnesty for illegals.  Former DHS Secretary Tom Ridge, who was a strong supporter of amnesty for illegals, gave strong support to Trump's pick.  The Washington Post also applauded Nielsen and her past experience.  President Trump is going to have a very difficult time implementing a pro-American agenda when you have insiders such as Nielsen who work against you.  This is not a good move on Trump's part.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Former RNC Chairman and former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus was interviewed Friday by special members of special counselor Robert Mueller's team of investigators as part of the Justice Department's sprawling probe centered around last year's presidential election.  The supposed "issue" is over the Trump campaign colluding with Russia in last year's presidential election.  It's very stupid, to say the least.  The U.S. has been involved with collusion before.  For example in 2015, the U.S. was involved in colluding with Israel to try to help prevent Benjamin Netanyahu from being re-elected as Prime Minister of Israel.  All this attempt is to marginalize Trump because Trump was not the candidate the globalists wanted to win the election last year.  Click on WashgintonTimes.com to read the full story.

Conservative Leaders Urge Mitch McConnell to Step Aside

Conservative Leaders Urge Mitch McConnell to Step Aside

Conservative Leaders Urge Mitch McConnell to Resign

The Tea Party Patriots, Freedomworks and the Senate Conservatives Fund have called on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and all the Republicans in leadership positions to step down from their posts and due to their inability to implement President Trump's agenda such as ending the scourge of illegal immigration, repealing and replacing Obamacare, confirming federal judges, and building a southern border wall.  These grassroots conservative leaders chastised House and Senate leadership such as John Cornyn (R-TX), John Barrasso (R-WY), John Thune (R-SD), and Roy Blunt (R-MO).

The grassroots leadership is tired of thse RINO's not fulfilling their promises that they made if they were elected to positions of power.  Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, stated it was through their support that the Republicans gained control of Congress and as a result, they expected the GOP to fulfill various campaign programs that promote a constitutional America going back to our roots.  Consequently, the GOP have failed to do so.  The Tea Party Patriots gave a list of issues that the GOP were to fulfill such as stop the out-of-control spending of the federal purse, confirm constitutional federal judges to the bench, end the overreach of the federal government from the Obama administration, secure our borders, end the scourge of illegal immigration, and last of all, repeal and replace Obamacare.  These were promises the GOP in Congress made.  They have failed to keep their promises.  It's time to vote them out.

The GOP Needs to Pass Tax Reform--David N. Bossie

The GOP Needs to Pass Tax Reform--Or Face Primaries

David N. Bossie, who is President of Citizens United and a Fox News Contributor, wrote a piece on the Fox News Webpage that I believe is worth your time in reading.  His headline is that "The GOP Needs to Pass Tax Reform, or Face Primaries".  He's exactly on the money.  The American people who voted for Donald Trump in last year's election in November are sick and tired of the RINO's in Congress failing to deliver on the promises that the President made as well as themselves to the American people.  The GOP Congress also has failed big time in repealing Obamacare.  Sad to say I don't foresee that happening.  The way things are going right now, I'm not certain there will be any tax reform.  If they're not going to deliver on their promises, then they need to stop campaigning on reform if they're going to continue business-as-usual.  We've heard too many outright laws from the GOP Congress about repealing Obamacare, and reducing taxes.  Even though the Republicans don't possess a veto-proof majority, they do have enough to pass the big-ticket items if they were determined to do so.  Instead, they want to devote their time in undermining President Trump.  Instead of doing what's right for the agenda, they want to undermine the American people and the president and continue the agenda that was passed during the Obama administration.

2018 needs to be the banner year when it comes to primary challengers.  We need all kinds of candidates who will become GOP challengers to the Republican turncoats that are already in Congress.  We need to vote out the Republican incumbents in massive numbers next year.  The registered GOP voters need to send a message to these turncoats that they're tired of the lies they've been telling the American people these last seven years.  They aren't serving the American people.  They've totally turned their back on their constituents.  We need to drain the swamp and vote out every single Republican incumbent in the GOP primaries next year.  America won't have any true chance of turning things around with these turncoats still in Washington.  The GOP voters need to send a message to the turncoats that enough is enough.  We've had it with your lies.  You will be gone next year.  This must be done in the primary.  Every Republican that's up for re-election next year needs to be voted out and we need to start anew.  That's the only chance we have.
