Astronaut Michael Collins, Pilot of Apollo 11 Mission, Dead at 90

Astronaut Michael Collins, Pilot of Apollo 11, Dead at 90

March 30, 1969 crew of the Apollo 11 including Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins

Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins, who helped pilot the ship which took Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to the moon for a historic journey, has died Wednesday of cancer, according to his family.  Collins was a part of the three-man crew which helped end the space wars between the United States and Russia.  The Apollo 11 landing to the money also fulfilled former president John F. Kennedy's dream of America sending the first man to the money before the end of the 60's decade.

Though he traveled some 238,000 miles to the moon and came within 69 miles, he never set foot on the moon like his colleagues Armstrong and Aldrin did.  None of the men flew in space after the Apollo 11 mission.

Joe Biden: We The People are the Government

Joe Biden: We the People are the Government US Vice President Kamala Harris (L) and Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelos (R) applaud as US President Joe Biden addresses a joint session of Congress at the US Capitol in Washington, DC, on April 28, 2021. (Photo by Melina Mara / POOL / AFP) (Photo by MELINA …

Joe Biden urged Americans during his address Wednesday not to fear government intervention in their lives because his admnistration is "We the People."  Does that mean that "we the people" only apply to those in the Halls of Congress, the presidency, and the judicial system and the American people at large which spreads out across 50 states in America aren't?  That wouldn't surprise me because much of what Congress does seems to be about "them".  They fulfill the wish list of their donors and receive millions of dollars in return for it.  You probably should label it, "government by the government, of the government, and for the government."  It's not about the welfare of the electorate.  If it was, they wouldn't impose the foolish agenda they have for the American people. By the time they're finished executing their agenda upon the American people, we will be a communist nation, in my opinion.

CDC Relaxes Mask Guidelines

CDC Releases Mask Guidelines Which type of face mask is most effective against COVID-19? | LLUH News

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and President Joe Biden Tuesday they are relaxing mask guidelines for people who are fully vaccinated outdoors--saying they no longer need to wear them unless they're in front of large crowds or major events such as concerts.  The CDC also states that fully vaccinated people wearing masks can safely attend events such as indoor worship services, workouts, and restaurants.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, and the chief medical advisor to the President, recommends all Americans to be fully vaccinated.  The CDC considers individuals to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of Moderna or the Pfizer vaccines, or two weeks after the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.  The Johnson & Johnson vaccine has now been reinstated after CDC decided its benefits outweigh the risks.  Click on the above link from CBN to read the rest of the story.

Biden Scheduled to Give First Speech to Joint Session of Congress

Biden Scheduled to Give Speech to Joint Session of Congress bidenaddress

President Joe Biden will give his first speech to a joint session Congress Wednesday evening, April 28, 2021 as he draws closer to his 100th day in office as president on Friday.  During his address, he will be highlighting the "accomplishments" of his administration which I'm sure much of it will center around the covid pandemic.  He will probably give the American people details on the second part of his infrastructure program.

Biden will more than likely touting the achievements made in regards to the pandemic.  He has his first victory when after two months in office he signed the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan into law, sending up to $1400 direct payments to many Americans.  Biden also wants to speak of his plans regarding the 2.7 trillion dollar infrastructure plan which much of it won't be centered around our nation's infrastructure.  He  will also likely to address setbacks with the crisis at the Souther border, which resulted from overturning Trump's executive orders concerning immigration.  He will also probably address the issue of the uptick of massive shootings occurring in our nation and his plan to remedy it.  Click on the above link to read the full story.

Biden Nears 100 Day Mark With Higher Approval Than Trump But Still Not Good

Biden Nears 100 Day Mark Gallup: Biden's approval rating is already higher than Trump's has ever been | WFLA

Nearing his 100 day mark, President Biden receives a higher approval rating than Trump, but the lowest approval rating at this point since World War II.  Biden's 52% approval rate is higher than Trumps's approval rating after Trump finished his 100th day in office, but Biden has received much more positive media coverage than Trump.  While Biden's handling of the Covid pandemic has received 64% positive rating, his handling of the border crisis has received a disapproval rating of 53% from Americans.  Vice-president Kamala Harris claims the border crisis has no quick solution.

Truthfully speaking, Biden's approval rating should be much lower when you consider how he killed thousands of Keystone XL Pipeline jobs and signing over 40+ executive orders which are dismantling our country.  People today seem to be very ignorant concerning the things that are taking place in our country. Many Americans don't recognize the spiritual battle that's taking place in the political arena.  We have a group of globalists that are dismantling our country's foundation and are drastically altering the course of our country.  It's sad days we live in.

Kerry: Energy Jobs Will Be Replaced With 'Greater Opportunity'

Kerry: Energy Jobs Will be Replaced With "Greater Opportunity" US Secretary of State John Kerry (R) Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs Kristian Jensen (L) and Greenland Premier Kim Kielsen pose during a tour to the Jakobshavn Glacier and the Ilulissat Icefjord, located 155 miles (250 km) north of the Arctic Circle, June 17, 2016, in Ilulissat, Greenland. Climate Czar John Kerry

(Today we commemorate Earth Day, which officially began on April 22, 1970.  Senator Gaylord Nelson was the U.S. Senator that started it.  Since we 'celebrate' Earth Day today, I thought I would feature an article that falls along that subject.)

Climate Czar John Kerry defended Joe Biden's plan to reduce carbon emissions by 50% by 2030, arguing that the emerging demand for "green energy jobs" would replace existing energy jobs.  Kerry stated he didn't believe it would result in much dislocation, but instead in more greater opportunities.

He spoke heavily of President Biden's plan to invest in electric vehicles and clean energy during the White House press briefings on Tuesday.  He was using an example by citing the Industrial Revoltion where new jobs were created at a time of economic change. Kerry promoted green jobs as the new future such as electric cars, wind turbines and solar panels.

I'll believe it all when I see it.  We've heard for the last couple of decades about new energy alternatives such as wind mills and solar panels, for example.  How effective those examples would be in replacing the gas and oil industry is debatable.  We've heard this wine and dance song before and nothing ever happens. Those that are promoting the "Green New Deal" are promoting socialism which is about controlling the lives of everyday Americans.  Those that heavily promote environmentalism support socialism.  That's what this movement is about.

Derek Chauvin Found Guilty on All Counts in Death of George Floyd

Derek Chauvin Found Guilty on All Counts on George Floyd's Death Derek Chauvin found guilty on all charges

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all counts of second and third degree murder Tuesday afternoon along with second degree manslaughter on the death of George Floyd in May.  Chauvin faces us to 40 years in prison.  He will sentenced in 8 weeks from yesterday.

At least justice was served for Derek Chauvin in the murder of George Floyd.  I will say in all fairness I understand many times police face situations where the person they are placing under arrest many times resist and many times law enforcement has to employ hold downs to make the accused to comply.  However, the method utilized by Chauvin was totally uncalled for.  In the process of holding down those that resist arrest, you don't choke them or prevent them from being able to breathe.  If you do that, you're committing murder.  There are proper methods to be used when law enforcement arrests criminals.  Choking the life out of them and inhibiting them from breathing is not right.  Derek Chauvin deserves to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.  That was inexcusable on his part.

Much of the rioting and unrest that took place since May 27th last year resulted from the cruel act that Chauvin committed against Floyd.  I don't supporting the mass rioting that took place in our major cities last year.  Rioting isn't the answer in stopping this type of atrocity.  Black Lives Matter and many other leftist groups took advantage of that situation and rioting and looted many businesses and places across our major cities in the United States.  Those that rioted and looted need to be held responsible for what they did and should pay for all the damage that's been inflicted on many of the businesses in major cities and on some of the statutes they damaged and toppled down.  It's preposterous.

Even though I'm totally opposed to Chauvin's actions last May, the answer isn't to defund the police.  That is absolutely foolish.  We need law enforcement to restrain the lawless.  We can't abolish the police force.  As chaotic our country is today, just imagine what the streets in our major cities would be like if the police force were to be abolished.  The answer is simply to hand a pink slip to those in law enforcement that abuse their authority.  Their badge should be removed from them.  That's how you solve that problem.  Also, the police chiefs should warn the police department if they engage in unethical behavior and commit something as sinister as Derek Chauvin, their badges will be removed and they will be terminated.  Also, those such as Chauvin who committed such atrocity should receive prison time as well.  Chauvin will definitely face prison time.

In this particular article from the above link from Breitbart.com, there are a host of statements given from such political leaders as President Biden, former president Bill Clinton, former president Barack Obama, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) and many other media figures.  Click on the above link to read what the reactions were to the Derek Chauvin trial.

Walter Mondale, Ex-Vice President Under Jimmy Carter, Dies

Walter Mondale Dies at 93

Walter F. Mondale in 1983. “My whole life, I worked on the idea that government can be an instrument for social progress,” he said in 2010. “We need that progress. Fairness requires it.”

Former Vice-President Walter Fritz Mondale

Walter Fritz Mondale, former ex-vice president under Jimmy Carter and the 1984 Democratic presidential candidate against incumbent Ronald Reagan in 1984, dies at 93 on April 19, 2021.  Mondale, who represented the state of Minnesota as a U.S. Senator, was a champion of liberal politics and activist government.  Mr. Mondale was the first presidential candidate to choose a woman as his running mate on the presidential ticket, Geraldine Ferraro.  Ferraro died in 2011.

President Biden paid tribute to Mondale following Mondale's passing.  When then presidential candidate Barack Obama in 2008 asked Biden to be his running mate, "Fritz was my first call and trusted guide."  He said that Mr. Mondale's re-defining the vice-presidency as a "full partnership" helped provide a model for my service," according to Biden.  Throughout his role, Mondale advocated an assertive and interventionist role for the federal government, esp. on behalf of the poor, minority groups, and women."  He identified himself as "liberal or progressive."  He stated he didn't use the word "liberal" too much because he thought it "carried too much baggage."  He stated that he worked on the idea that the government can be used as an instrument for social progress.  He said we need that progress and that fairness requires it.

He was a U.S. Senator from Minnesota for 12 years.  He was a strong supporter of civil rights, school aid, expansion of health care and child care, consumer protection, and an array of other liberal programs.  He even explored the option of running for the presidency in 1974.  He was bequeathed by his wife Joan in 2014.

Vernon Jones: "I'm a Black MAGA Man Running Against RINO Brian Kemp

Vernon Jones: I'm a Black Mama Man

Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones poses for a portrait at the Georgia State Capitol on October 25, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. - Neighbors and volunteers are handing out water and snacks to the masked voters waiting patiently in line to cast their ballots on a hot October day in the …

Former Georgia Representative Vernon Jones

Former State Representative Vernon Jones, a Democrat-turned Republican, challenging Georgia Governor Brian Kemp for his seat in 2022 in the gubernatorial primary.  Kemp stated that he supported Donald Trump in 2016 but the media laughed at him.  The media didn't think Donald Trump had a chance to win but he won.  Jones stated that he's the liberals worst nightmare.  Jones stated he's a black MAGA man who has 20 years experience in running government--12 years as a legislator and 8 years as a county executive.  He's run a government before on the county level.  Jones stated that he has more executive experience than      Governor Kemp.  Jones said that Stacy Abrams, a black woman who ran for the gubernatorial seat on the Democratic side in 2018 but lost to Kemp, has no experience at all.  He said all she's good at is running her mouth.  Jones stated he's isn't afraid of the "liberal media."

Jones stated that under Kemp's leadership, he contributed to both of the Republican Senators from Georgia loss on January 5 this year, and President Trump lost the election.  Jones said that Kemp was intimated by Abrams and Kemp allowed Abrams, along with the Georgia Secretary of State and Attorney General for Georgia, to come in to change our election laws through an agreement; through a settlement.

I say "Go for it Vernon Jones."  Georgians need to vote out Kemp during the 2022 Republican primary.  He's a RINO and he's useless to the state of Georgia.  Click on the above link to read the story.

98% of CEO's Say Biden Tax Hikes Would Have Significant Adverse Effect on Economy

98% of CEO's Say Tax Hikes Will Have Adverse Effect NEW YORK, NY - MAY 07: A Levi's store stands locked along Broadway as the coronavirus keeps financial markets and businesses mostly closed on May 07, 2020 in New York City. Hospitals in New York City, which have been especially hard hit by the coronavirus, are just beginning to see …

A Business Roundtable survey released found Monday that 98% of CEO's claim that President Biden's proposed tax hikes would have a significant "adverse" on their ability to compete.  According to the survey, 98% of CEO's say that an increase in the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28% would have a moderately to very severe effect on the ability of business to be competitive.  75% of CEO's that an increased tax burden on U.S. companies would negatively affect their companies' investments in R&D and innovation.  71% stated that it would negatively affect their ability to hire.  And nearly 2/3 state it would result in slower wage growth for U.S. workers.  An overwhelming majority--88% stated that globally competitive tax policies is important for business expansion.  When asked about the increase in the GILTI rate from 10.5 percent to 21%, 76% of CEO's reported it would have a "moderately" to "significant" impact on their business' competitiveness, including plans for U.S. capital spending and hiring.

The truth is, the higher the corporate tax rate is, the less competitive a business can be, the less money is available to invest in hiring, R&D, and business expansion.  Also, there's less money available to grow employees' wages as well.  Add that on top of the many regulations that many companies have to abide with which mostly choke a business' ability to grow.  Many of the regulations imposed upon American businesses today mostly have a negative effect upon their ability to be competitive.  Raising the corporate tax rate is a horrible idea.  The government needs to allow businesses the freedom and room to grow their companies as they see fit as long as it's within reason and it doesn't harm employees or the general American public.  Allow the privater sector to grow the economy.  That's the way it's supposed to be.  I call for an ending to the corporate tax rate altogether and just impose a minimum flat tax upon them like you would an average American.  That's my proposal. Tom Cotton Authors Bill to Strip States of Federal Cash That Send Money to Illegals

Tom Cotton Introduces Bill to Strip States of Federal Cash WASHINGTON, DC - MARCH 25: Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) speaks during a hearing to examine United States Special Operations Command and United States Cyber Command in review of the Defense Authorization Request for fiscal year 2022 and the Future Years Defense Program, on Capitol Hill on March 25, 2021 in …

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), has introduced a bill entitled, "No Bailout For Illegal Aliens Act" Monday which would make states sending money to illegal aliens ineligible for federal funds.  Cotton stated if the legislation passes, then it would amend the "American Rescue Plan Act" in order to withhold funding authorized from the American Rescue Plan Act from any state or unit of local government that provide relief funds or monetary payments through a program exclusively targeting "illegal immigrants."

Senator Cotton needs to go further than just introduce the bill through Congress.  He needs to fight to make sure that bill passes and that any and all money states pay to illegal immigrants be stopped or else the states receive no funding from the "American Rescue Plan Act."  The American citizens should take first priority over illegal immigrants when it comes to jobs or cash payments.  As true as it may be that there were many illegal immigrants that lost jobs during the pandemic, those jobs belong to the Americans, as Cotton rightfully pointed out.  Giving cash payments to illegals is nonsense.  Click on the above link to continue reading the story.

President Biden's Massive Infrastructure Plan Faces Stiff Resistance

President Biden's Infrastructure Plan President Biden's Massive Infrastructure Plan Calls for $100 Billion in Broadband Funding

President Joe Biden is facing some very stiff resistance on his massive infrastructure plan.  Republicans say it's a liberal big-spending agenda which comes with major tax increases, such as hiking the corporate income tax from 21% to 28%.  Biden says that's he's open to negotiating the $2 trillion package, but inaction is an option.  The bill is entitled the American Jobs Plan.  While the plan calls for $820 billion on roads, bridges, railways, airports, and power grids, there's also massive amounts of money going towards projects that have nothing to do with infrastructure such as $400 billion for health care for the elderly and disabled.  Senae Moinority Leader Mitch McConnell stated that this bill is a "Trojan horse" for massive tax increases for a whole lot more debt and a whole lot more spending.

Republicans are saying that the Democrats are stretching the term "infrastructure" which has nothing whatsoever to do with infrastructure spending.  Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, (D-NY) tweeted, "Paid leave is infrastructure Child care is infrastructure, caregiving is infrastructure."  Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) shot back and stated, "Abortion is infrastructure, gun control is infrastructure, forced unionization is infrastructure."

I believe the purpose of the bill is for Democrats to ram through spending for their special projects.  They'll do it under the title, "infrastructure" and add many things to it that have nothing to do with infrastructure whatsoever.  As of right now, Senator Joe Mancin (D-WV) isn't in favor of this huge spending bill.  Let's hope that stick.    Click on the above link from CBNNews.com.

Exposing the Truth of Corporate Cancel Crusade

Exposing the Truth of Corporate Cancel Crusade Exposing the 'Truth' of Corporate Cancel Crusade - It's Easier to Vote in GA than Biden's Home State | CBN News

Atlanta-based Coca Cola and Delta were among the first corporations to speak out against Georgia's new voting law.  It raised the political stakes to a new level.  Georgia Governor Brian Kemp stated that 'cancel culture and partisan activists are coming for your business.'  In Texas, Governor Greg Abbot came out against the MLB with a boycott of his own--by refusing to throw out the first pitch at the Texas Rangers' opening day.  Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) stated this is an attempt to "bully and mislead" the American people.  McConnell stated that the big corporations need to stay out of politics and not choose sides.  This all comes when 170 companies are placing their opposition to voting laws which supposedly make it more difficult to vote.  Democrats claim the Georgia Voting law as "voter suppression".  President Biden called it "Jim Crow on steroids."  Even the media have called out Biden for misstating the facts about the law.  McConnell stated that it's now even easier to vote in Georgia, after the new voting law, than it is to vote in Biden's home state of Delaware.

In a Wall Street Journal article, Republican political consultant Karl Rove compared Georgia's voting law to Biden's home state of Delaware.  (1) Georgia allows no-excuse early voting law.  Delaware doesn't.  A law will change that in 2022 but Georgia will still have seven more days of early voting.  (2) Georgia allows no-excuse mail-in ballots--Delaware doesn't.  (3) Georgia, which has been criticized for capping the number of drop-off boxes, more per capita than Delaware.

All these lies that are being told by President Biden and the large corporations does nothing but help further racial strife.  Click on the link from CBN to read the story.

Baylor Team Praises God After First NCAA Championship Win

Baylor Team Praises God After NCAA Championship Win Baylor players celebrate with the trophy after the championship game against Gonzaga in the men's Final Four NCAA college basketball tournament, Monday, April 5, 2021, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. On Monday April 5, 2021, Baylor University won their first NCAA championship defeating an undefeated Gonzaga team by the score of 86-70.  The private Christian college thanked God as they stood in a circle on the court after the game.  The win came a year after the 2020 NCAA tournament was cancelled due to the Covid pandemic.  The Bears Jared Butler won the NCAA Final Four most valuable player award.  Baylor's head coach Scott Drew praised his team for the hard work they exhibited during the run to the championship game.

It's great to see a team giving praise to God after winning a game.  Within the last year we've seen teams kneeling during the national anthem to protest the killing of George Floyd last year on May 27.  It's great to see a team giving thanks to God for their accomplishments.  It's great to see some positive news in the sports world.
