New Report Finds Common Core Doesn't Prepare Students for College




A new report finds what most Common Core critics have been saying for some time:  That is Common Core doesn't adequately prepare students for college.  The ACT finds many shortcomings in the Common Core state standards, whether it be math, English, or other subjects.  Teachers who must adjust their curriculum to fit aligned state tests now find themselves in a bind.  Since Common Core doesn't adequately cover material for students to survive in the classroom, teachers are in a bind.  They try to fit extra instruction with the limited teaching time they have to make sure each child has the instruction they need to succeed in the classroom.
