Obama Says U.S. Has 'Obligation' to Act on Syria, Cites Intel Findings

Facing skepticism in Congress and abroad, President Obama and his top cabinet advisors set out to make the case for intervening in Syria.  It released an "intelligence report" showing "high confidence" that the Assad regime was responsible for carrying out the strike and respondiung in the best interest of the U.S.  Obama also said the U.S. could act alone in punishing Syria for a chemical weapons attack last week.  He said that the U.S., being the leader of the free world, has an obligation to hold rogue regimes accountable for breaching the rules of war.  To read the full story, click on the above link from FoxNews.com.
