Obama Vows to Improve Veterans' Health Care

Obama Vows to Improve Veterans' Health Care

Throughout his presidency President Obama wants to give the pretense he's really concerned about the quality of health care that Americans receive, thus signing the Affordable Care Act into law in 2010.  With parts of the Affordable Care Act already implemented, the only thing those people are receiving are higher premiums, not the benefits.  In the wake of the VA scandal, President Obama wants to give the impression he's very concerned about veterans receiving the best of health care.   I wouldn't trust him nor any of his minions with our health care system, including veterans.

Judson Phillips: Corporations to the Rescue

Judson Phillips: Corporations to the Rescue

Judson Phillips, founder of the Tea Party Nation. posted an article in The Washington Times about corporatism running America.  He mentioned that the U.S. government is no longer of the people, by the people, or for the people.  Instead it's of the rich corporations, by the rich corporations, and for the rich corporations.  Our elected elite in Washington are controlled by many of the mega corporations, regardless whether they're Democrat or Republican.  I don't believe our major corporations are the only group of elitists that control our politicians, but they're one of them.  They contribute mega dollars to the political coffers of our politicians.  And in return for their support, our politicians pass legislation to pay back favors to them regardless whether it be amnesty for illegals, or whatever agenda they may have.  I am very pro-business and I always try to give businesses a benefit of a doubt.  As important as it is to for our government to possess a pro-business environment, I don't favor corporations to the point that they surpass the national interests of our country.  If it's not good for America, then it doesn't need to be in our country regardless how much it may benefit mega corporations.  The national interests of our nation always comes first.  It may be cheaper for business to higher illegal aliens for example, , but it's not the best interest for our nation as a whole when it comes to our families and America's culture.

America's roots were established by the Pilgrims and the Puritans in the 1620's and the 1630's.  The Judeo Christian foundation is what has built America.  Anything that chips away at America's founding roots is bad for the country.  The reason why America is in the shape it's in is because we've strayed from our founding roots.

In yesterday's primary in the state of Kentucky, five-term incumbent Mitch McConnell defeated Matt Bevin, an early Tea Party favorite hoping to upset McConnell in the primary yesterday, handily defeated him by more than 20 percentage points.  After Bevin conceded the race to McConnell last night, he stated the answers that ail our country won't come from the Democratic Party.  He told his supporters to unite together in this fall's general election.  McConnell will face Kentucky Seceretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes this fall.  According to the latest polls in Kentucky, Grimes is in a very competitive race with McConnell. This fall's race won't be easy.  If McConnell wins in November and if the GOP pick up six Senate seats, then the GOP will become the majority in the Senate and McConnell could become the Senate Majority Leader, replacing Harry Reid as current Senate Majority Leader.

Franklin Graham: True Followers of Jesus Can't Endorse Same-Sex Marriage

Franklin Graham: True Followers of Jesus Can't Endorse Same-Sex Marriage

Franklin Graham: ‘At Every Turn, the Gay and Lesbian Agenda is Being Pushed by This Administration’Franklin Graham

Franklin Graham, son of world-renowned evangelist Billy Graham, stated that "true followers of Jesus can't endorse same-sex marriage regardless of what President Barack Obama, Congress, the Supreme Court, or the media say about the issue, adding that marriage was "settled by God himself."  He said he would rather be on the wrong side of public opinion than on the wrong side of what God's word says.  He stated that is something that you can't compromise on.  I say amen to that.  God is the one who said in Genesis that marriage is between a man and a woman.  God designed it that way.  There's no way you can insert same-sex marriage into the equation and interpret the scripture properly.  It's impossible.  Romans 1 mentions that sodomy is unnatural.  The very fact that a male and female's reproductive organs are different tells us that marriage is between a man and a woman.  You don't have to be a Bible scholar or know anything about the Bible to figure that out.  It should be common sense.  But with the intensive brainwashing and deception that's pervaded American society, people don't have any type of common sense when it comes to the sinful lifestyle of homosexuality.  Truth is truth.  To read the full story, click on the above link from CNSNews.com.

The Things I Learned at Mother's Knee--Dottie Rambo

I want to wish all mothers, including my wife, a very Happy Mother's Day today.  I've heard the old adage a number of times--The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world.  That still holds true today.  You can never underestimate the influence of a Mother.  Thank God for them.  Where would this world be without Godly Mothers?
