He's exactly right and this year we must throw out incumbents in all states--not just the southeast and midwest regions. The West Coast also has to vote out incumbents, such as California and Nevada, for example.

Tax reform? Ha! Ha! There's no chance whatsoever the GOP's tax reform plan is going anywhere. If there ever is a tax reform plan it will a plan which further increases taxes on Americans. Here's my prescription for tax reform: Eliminate the present tax code and institute a flat tax. It's a whole lot simpler and it isn't complicated.
