President Trump was speaking Thursday before a round table discussion with Republican lawmakers about tax reform. Trump again called on Congress to immediately end the Diversity Visa Lottery Program. He also stated that we need to eliminate the chain migration program for immigrants as well. He said that the Diversity Lottery Program may sound nice, but it isn't nice. He claims he's going to take all the steps necessary to protect the American people.
Let's pray that Trump will follow through with it. He will have a battle with Democrats in Congress, along with some Republicans. However, it's a national travesty to allow illegal immigration when there are terrorist attacks taking place in the U.S., such as the one that took place on Tuesday in New York. Trump also needs to call on Congress to repeal the Patriot Act. It's unconstitutional and it does nothing but restrict the rights of U.S. citizens. Instead of going after Islamic terrorists, the government is always going after the U.S. citizen. We don't need to allow any more Muslims to migrate into this country. It's very dangerous, especially in countries which are hot pockets of terrorism. Allow refugees come to America from Third World countries considering the problem we have with Islamic terrorism is treasonous. We need to vote out all the incumbents that are up for re-election in 2018. We have no choice. The security and survival of our nation depends upon it.
