Senator Rand Paul (R-KY)I have linked up an article written by Kentucky Senator Rand Paul in the Washington Times. He states that President Obama has been very abusive with power such as the Benghazi tragedy, for example. Paul is correct on what he says in that article. The truth is we've been seeing an abuse of power in both the White House and Congress for years. It didn't start with President Obama. For years the federal government has been bypassing the Constitution and been passing laws behind the backs of the American people. The President, Congress, and the court system are always overreaching and stepping in where they don't belong. We're seeing the establishment of a totalitarian government in America. What we see taking place today isn't new. We've been seeing the erosion of America's liberties in a dramatic way since 9/11 with Congress passing the Patriot Act of 2001. We've been going on a downward spiral since.
