With the re-election of Barack Obama, it's no surprise that Morgan Stanley predicts that 2013 will be a sluggish year economically. With his re-election, Obamacare will be fully implemented in 2014. Also, if Congress fails to act, there will be major tax increase that will take place automatically if the 2001 and 2003 Bush tax cuts aren't renewed. That does sound gloomy, doesn't it?
