Republican Governor's Association Chairman Bob McDonnell (R-VA)Since the re-election of Barack Obama two weeks ago, the battle to defeat Obamacare is going to have to take a different turn considering the fact that we still have a divided Congress with Republicans controlling the House and the Democrats controlling the Senate. It's up to the governors in each of the individual states to stand up to Washington and the Obama administration to oppose Obamacare. It's unconstitutional for Congress to mandate to the states to implement Obamacare. Governors can plead the Tenth Amendment to opposes Obamacare. How many governors will stand up to oppose Obamacare being imposed upon their respective states remains a mystery. Click on the above link to read the story.
