The Supreme Court ruled this past Wednesday that legally-married same-sex couples should receive the same benefits as heterosexual couples. The court invalidated a provision of the federal Defense of Marriage Act which has prevented "married" gay couples from receiving the same range of tax, retirement, and health benefits that are generally available. The vote was 5-4 and Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote the majority opinion.
I knew this was eventually going to happen. It doesn't make any difference what the Constitution says or what 200+ years of law says, our Supreme Court justices are going to discard all of that and rule in favor of an abomination. Gay marriage is not of God. God spelled it out specificaly in His word that marriage is between a man and a woman ONLY!! You couldn't be much plainer than that. This is nothing but a work of Satan. Gay marriage is very perverted and twisted. It's part of the globalist agenda to destroy the social foundation of America. It's happening!
