Obama's UN ambassador pick has history of controversial comments | Fox News
PrePresident Obama with the U.N. Ambassador nominee Samantha Power
The former White House Adviser and longtime Obama friend nominated Wednesday as the next U.N. ambassador to the United Nations has a history of controversial comments that could haunt her in the confirmation process--including likening U.S. foreign policies to those of Nazis. To give you an idea of what type of woman she is, she is married to former regulatory czar Cass Sunstein. I wrote a post about Cass Sunstein in 2009 giving you his vision of America. She's very liberal in her views of America. Even though her views are scary, she will be confirmed as the U.N. ambassador. No Republicans in the Senate are going to filibuster her nomination or make any serious effort to prevent her nomination. They all go along with Obama's appointments regardless how new age or communist their viewpoints are. They don't care. The Republicans have done nothing but help facilitate President Obama in fulfilling his agenda upon America. I'm not going to take the time to list her controversial comments. I'll allow you to read them when you click on the link above from FoxNews.com.
