The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and President Joe Biden Tuesday they are relaxing mask guidelines for people who are fully vaccinated outdoors--saying they no longer need to wear them unless they're in front of large crowds or major events such as concerts. The CDC also states that fully vaccinated people wearing masks can safely attend events such as indoor worship services, workouts, and restaurants.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, and the chief medical advisor to the President, recommends all Americans to be fully vaccinated. The CDC considers individuals to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of Moderna or the Pfizer vaccines, or two weeks after the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
