Obama's Becoming the Very Danger the Constitution was Designed to Avoid
Professor Jonathon Turley
Professor Jonathon Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, spoke before the House committee the other day. Rep. Bob Goodlatte posed the question to the Professor concerning Obama's unilateral modifying of an act of Congress. Turley responded and said that the problem with what the president's doing isn't that he's not simply posing a danger to the U.S.'s Costitutional System. "He's becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. Obama does basically whatever he desires to do". If he wants to shove Obamacare down the throats of the American people, he'll do so regardless of what means he has to do it regardless of whether it's constitutional or not. That's what I said, not Professor Turley.
What's tragic about this whole scenario is that we have a Congress that's enabled to stop President Obama's arbitary grab of power by the Constitution. The problem is our Congress aids and abets in what Obama does regardless if it's a Democrat or a "Tea Party" Republican. The fact that Michelle Bachmann or Louie Gohmert doesn't use their power to stop Obamacare or any of Obama's unconstitutional acts is very chilling. It says how corrupt Congress is and it also says it doesn't make any difference what you claim to be. They're all in this together. That's the tragic state of affairs in Washington.
