Isn't it just wonderful that New York City has such a wonderful mayor as Michael "Nanny" Bloomberg. He really cares about the health and well being of New Yorker's. So he passed a law which bans sugary soft drinks in New York City. Fortunately, a judge halts NYC's super-sized sugary drink ban. If Bloomberg has his way, New Yorker's won't be able to purchase surgary soft drinks. However, he has New York's best inerests at heart!!! What a mayor!!
I guarantee you whenever the key provisions of Obamacare are implemented next year, we will be seeing more and more efforts to ban soft drinks and sweets as the federal and state governments are exerting more and more control over their constituents.
