Rick Santorum wins Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado, even though there were no delegates from Missouri and Minnesota.Late yesterday evening Rick Santorum pulled through with a win in a Colorado. He had a strong showing throughout the state, including rural and some urban areas. Santorum carried 38 counties that four years ago went to Mitt Romney.
