Casey Anthony Found "Not Guilty"



Today the jury in Orange county Florida has ruled that Casey Anthony was not found guilty of murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter.  She was found guilty of four misdemeanor accounts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.  I definitely believe that the ruling was ridiculous.  The forensic experts that had examined had examined the case had found chloroform in the back of the trunk of the car that Casey Anthony had been driving.  There has been evidence she was searching on the internet information about chloroform.  Why would she have chloroform in the back of her trunk?  Those are questions that deserve an answer.  Another thing that makes me suspicious is the fact that Casey Anthony took her daugher with her for 31 days.  Her mother had asked to see her and Casey fabricated all kinds of lies that she (Casey) was busy with a work assignment in Orlando or that Caylee was with a nanny.  What was Casey doing all the time that she was away?  It was through a notice from the post office there was a certified letter fixed on the front door.  George Anthony picked up the letter and it stated that his daughter Casey's car was in the tow yard.  When George picked up the car, but he and the tow attendant noticed a strong odor was coming from the trunk of the car.  When the trunk opened, it contained trash but no human remains. 

On July 15, 2008 Cindy Anthony (Casey's mother) called the Orange County Sheriff's office to report Caylee Anthony missing.  Casey Anthony did admit to the 911 operator that Caylee had been missing for 31 days.  Why did Casey wait 31 days to report the incident.  I know it's circumstantial evidence, but it makes you think that Casey intentionally decided not to report the incident to the authorities.  It makes you wonder through that evidence alone that Casey was behind the murder of Caylee Anthony.  A mother with any decency in her wouldn't wait 31 days to report her child missing.  With all the lies Casey told it makes me think she covered up the incident.  To learn more about the story clink on the above link from Newmax which talks about the jury's verdict.
