President Trump fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates on Monday evening for refusing to enforce the executing order which temporarily halts refugee immigration from the seven most dangerous terrorist countries such as Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, and Somalia, to name a few. Yates was an Obama appointee who was soft on illegal immigration and weak on our borders. Trump referred to her defiance as a betrayal. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Yates was a "profile in courage" and referred to Trump's firing as a "Monday night massacre." Trump named Dane Boente to be the acting attorney general until the U.S. Senate confirms Jeff Sessions as Attorney General. Trump's action are right and very reasonable.
