According to the Charlotte police, approximately 70% of the protesters in Charlotte this past week were from outside the state. They had out of state ID's. That's no surprise. Who's behind this. I say there's a great possibility that liberal billionaire George Soros is behind all the protests that have taken place in the last few years including the one in Ferguson, MO.
