One Year Later on Top Court Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage

It's amazing the slippery slope that's been taking place since the famous U.S. Supreme Court case on June 26, 2013. In the case of United States. vs. Windsor, the justices didn't squarely address the issue of a state ban on same-sex marriage, but Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy invalidated part of a federal law which denies benefits to same-sex couples legally married in the states in which they reside. Since June 26, 2013 federal judges have invoked Justice Kennedy's equal protection clause to strike down bans against same-sex marriage all across the country. Federal judges have invalidated same-sex marriage bans in 19 states a year later, with Utah being the latest state in which the 10th Circuit Court ruled Utah's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. It's amazing how federal activist judges will use the equal-protection clause which Kennedy cited as the excuse to say banning gay marriage is unconstitutional. Where's all our "conservative" representatives and senators who claim to be opposed to such nonsense such as Michelle Bachmann for example? They're not there.
America is vastly moving away from God at such an alarming speed that I don't know if it's possible if things can turn around. I recognize with God all things are possible but one thing I do know is that things will grow worse and worse before the Lord returns. It's disgusting. Click on the above link to read the story.
