Circuit Court of Appeals. I hope it is. The bill is totally unconstitutional. The bill should've originated in the House of Representatives. All tax bills must begin with the House of Representatives--not the Senate. This will destroy America's capitalist system and I believe this could establish a totalitarian state. It gives the government powers over the lives of Americans live we've never seen before. Let's pray somehow this bill can be overturned.
