McDaniel Fundraising to Challenge Mississippi Runoff
McDaniell Fundraising to Challenge Mississippi Runoff

Former GOP candidate, who lost primary runoff to incumbent Republican Senator Thad Cochran
Former GOP senatorial candidate Chris McDaniel, who lost in the runoff primary last week to incumbent GOP Senator Thad Cochran is asking for money to contest the corrupt and shameful election with a legal challenge. In McDaniel's words, "Last week's runoff was a sham, plain and simple." In a fundraising pitch, he exclaimed that Cochran "stole" the nomination. Last week, Democrats took to the polls in the Republican primary to make sure that Cochran would win the nomination. McDaniel alleged that Mississippi law pointed out that Democrats who voted in the Democratic primary couldn't vote in the Republican runoff, which he claims what happened. He said there were voting irregularities in that runoff election, which means that Democrats who already voted in the Democratic primary voted in the Republican runoff.
I agree that there needs to be a legal challenge to find out if Democrats who voted in their own state primary, voted in the runoff. If they did, then their votes in the runoff should be scrapped. I believe there was a lot of election fraud in this particular runoff. To read the full story, click on the above link from Politico.

Romney was Right on Several Major Issues, Observers Say
Romney was Right on Several Major Issues Observers Say
2012 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney
It's tragic Romney couldn't have done a better job communicating to the voters concerning his stance on the issues prior to the election. I don't believe Mitt Romney was a serious contender for the presidency. I don't think he desired to be president. He was just filler opposition on the Republican side when he ran against Obama in 2012. How tragic that is. Click on the above link to read the full story from Newsmax.

According to Poll, President Obama is Rated the Worst President Since World War II
According to Poll, President Obama is Rated the Worst U.S. President Since World War II

According to many polls, his popularity rate is slipping amongst the American people. A new Quinnipiac University Study has revealed the worst yet: Voters rate President Obama as the worst president since World War II. Reasons for the president's low approval rating are various. One is Obama deploying troops to Iraq, Obama's failure to compromise with Congress, and seeing major defeats from the Supreme Court. The new poll also revealed that voters believe that 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney would've been a better choice than President Obama that year. Quinnipiac found that 45% of voters say that the country would've been better off now if Romney was president, vs. 38%. Even Democrats aren't for sure. 74% of Democrats say Obama was clearly a better choice than Romney. Voters even rated Obama as worse than his predecessor, George W. Bush. Over 69 years of American history and 12 presidencies, Obama is joined alongside Bush at the bottom as being one of the worst presidents in U.S. history. U.S District Judge John G. Heyburn Overturns Gay Marriage Ban in Kentucky
U.S. District Judge Overturns Gay Marriage Ban in Kentucky
U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn
A federal district judge in Kentucky has struck down Kentucky's gay marriage ban yesterday, though the ruling was temporarily put on hold and it wasn't clear when same-sex couples could be issued marriage licenses. U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn in Louisville said the state's prohibition on same-sex marriage was unconstitutional violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution in which homosexual couples are treated differently than heterosexual couples.
I knew this was coming since U.S. federal judges have been striking down gay marriage bans in other states. Kentucky is the latest state in which a federal judge has overturned the gay marriage ban. Kentucky is the 20th state in which it's gay marriage ban was overturned by a federal judge. To read the full story, click on the link above.

One Year Later on Top Court Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage
One Year Later on Top Court Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage
Homosexual rights activists outside the U.S. Supreme Court Building in Washington, D.C.
It's amazing the slippery slope that's been taking place since the famous U.S. Supreme Court case on June 26, 2013. In the case of United States. vs. Windsor, the justices didn't squarely address the issue of a state ban on same-sex marriage, but Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy invalidated part of a federal law which denies benefits to same-sex couples legally married in the states in which they reside. Since June 26, 2013 federal judges have invoked Justice Kennedy's equal protection clause to strike down bans against same-sex marriage all across the country. Federal judges have invalidated same-sex marriage bans in 19 states a year later, with Utah being the latest state in which the 10th Circuit Court ruled Utah's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. It's amazing how federal activist judges will use the equal-protection clause which Kennedy cited as the excuse to say banning gay marriage is unconstitutional. Where's all our "conservative" representatives and senators who claim to be opposed to such nonsense such as Michelle Bachmann for example? They're not there.
America is vastly moving away from God at such an alarming speed that I don't know if it's possible if things can turn around. I recognize with God all things are possible but one thing I do know is that things will grow worse and worse before the Lord returns. It's disgusting. Click on the above link to read the story.

Supreme Court Strikes Down Obama Recess Appointments
Supreme Court Strikes Down Obama Recess Appointments

The U.S. Supreme Court
In a rebuke to President Obama's latest recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the U.S. Supreme Court struck them down as unconstitutional last Thursday. The decision gives the Senate broad power to thwart future recess appointments. However, it didn't go as far as some conservatives hoped for in that it would undercut the president's ability to fill vacant executive branch posts and judicial slots. The Court ruled 9-0 that Obama's recess appointments were unconstitutional because the Senate was not truly in recess when Obama made them during a three-day broke in pro forma meetings of the legislative body. It was a good ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court. It keeps him in check concerning the powers the executive branch has. This way he can't fill vacant appointments if the Senate isn't in recess.
