Lt. Col. Scott ManFormer Green Beret Lt. Col. Scott Mann, a 23-year military veteran, stated that ISIS has a very, very, clear strategy. The U.S. doesn't. Mann, who served both in Iraq and Afghanistan stated that ISIS intends on using horrific violence to draw the U.S. into an apocalyptic war and create a holy caliphate. He said for the U.S. it was piecemeal. He said ISIS wants to draw us into a holy war to usher the end of days. The U.S. hasn't had a serious strategy to defeat ISIS.
