former GOP presidential candidate Rick SantorumOn Wednesday both Rand Paul and Rick Santorum, GOP presidential candidates, both decided to bow out of the race after a disappointing showing in the Iowa caucus. Paul came in fifth place in the caucus. Now Paul will concentrate his time on his Senate seat in Kentucky in which he is up for re-election. He has several challengers running against him.
