Supreme Court Lets Stand State Rulings on Gay Marriage

I knew the Supreme Court to do that. The highest court in the land isn't going to settle the issue whether or not gay marriage are or aren't unconstitutional. However, the ruling the high court gave last June paved the way for these appeals court justices to declare that the gay marriage ban in states is "unconstitutional" due to Justice Anthony Kennedy's opinion last summer in which he stated that states can't deny domestic benefits to "gay couples."
