If the U.S. military doesn't change its strategy in Iraq, there's no point in sending another 1500 troops to the slaughter. If the U.S. is going to involve itself in this campaign against ISIS, then it needs to declare war on them and decimate ISIS. Otherwise, we need to pull our troops out of Iraq.
